OUR HISTORY

Founded in 2020 by Godiraone Olatotse, our early growth was rooted in supporting affiliated enterprises within the fuel supply and logistics industries. During this period, we developed depots, workshops, and operational sites in Botswana’s major cities, supporting businesses such as Sky Bridge Logistics in Gaborone and Sky Bridge Capital in Francistown.

Today, our refined model focuses on leasing strategically located depots and
commercial properties to leading Oil Marketing Companies through long-term
agreements. This positions ITEWE Palms as a trusted partner in Botswana’s fuel
and logistics value chain.

OUR FUTURE

Looking ahead, ITEWE Palms aims to expand into the hospitality sector, targeting prime tourism destinations in Botswana and key locations across the SADC region.

Our first venture, City Square Lodge in Francistown, has established a strong foundation in the bed-and-breakfast market. Building on its success, we are poised to replicate this model across new hospitality developments.

Managing Director

Consistent with the operational structure of the Sky Bridge Group, Mr. Godiraone Olatotse serves as the Managing Director of ITEWE Palms.

Finance & Administration

At Skybridge Group, we adopt a centralised approach to accounting and finance. Ensuring transparency, efficiency and strong governance across all operations. Our Finance team is led by an experience finance manager with over 5 years of industry experience at management level. Supported by a team of highly qualifies professional accountants, their key responsibilities include:

  • Project and cost management, including cost control and resource planning
  • Generating monthly invoices and compiling financial statements
  • Conducting bank reconciliations and engaging with financial institutions, including structuring arrangements with banks
  • Facilitating property purchase agreements
  • Collaborating closely with the Group’s Projects Office to initiate and oversee new developments, ensuring timely completion within budget

 

The Projects Office

The Projects Office is responsible for the initiation, implementation, and management of all company developments, ensuring each project meets strategic, quality, and operational objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, establishing, and overseeing commercial depots and properties nationwide
  • Liaising directly with contractors to manage construction, repairs, and ongoing maintenance across all sites and buildings
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards and investor expectations
